The first part of the Forum will be a panel, “Energizing Carbon Reduction”, moderated by Dr. Lynn McDonald, Professor Emeritus, University of Guelph.The distinguished panelists will be Stephane Dion, who served as Federal Environment Minister, and Andrew Nikiforuk, author. Both these individuals have contributed to our understanding of climate change issues.
